Jeremy McGrath rides Krooz Tune

by Marty Ritchie on November 30, 2009

‘The King’ of supercross recently returned to Australasia to ride the Canberra and New Zealand rounds of Super X. Running a Woodstock Honda fully kitted with Krooz Tune modified production forks and shock, ‘MC’ proceeded to beat all except Chad Reed. Clearly showing he was not down under on a holiday, MC displayed speed & skill that remains a force to be reckoned with. The supercross fork Jeremy used is kitted with modified internal compression pistons, stiffer fork springs, DLC coated legs, finer compression adjustment with valving to match. The shock runs a higher gas volume, modified standard piston, valving and a spring to match Jeremy’s weight and style. Other changes to the bike kept Honda’s Brad McAlpine swinging off the T-bars like a man possessed. Working with the greatest supercross rider of all time was an invaluable experience for Krooz Tune and a great opportunity continue development on the 09/10 CRF.
