We have found the Standard Fork Spring Rate on this model too stiff for riders under 75K and have had excellent results revalving this SFF style Fork (Spring in one side only) to achieve a less harsh ride.
The preload adjuster on this bike is awesome for adjusting at the track but have found even wound all the way off this is not enough to help the bike corner well for smaller riders.  Some fork cavatation problems and this preload issue are easily fixed with a fork revalve by us.  The shock on this model can easily be revalved for your weight and setup with correct spring to match your weight.  

Lowering this model is also quite easy with plenty of room inside the forks and shock to accommodate this without changing springs if you are on a budget.
